Every job. Every customer. One shared record.
RestoraLink puts a restoration franchise’s team, its property owners and its trade contractors on one portal, with documents, photos, schedule, signatures and payments in the same place.

A restoration job shouldn’t live in texts, inboxes and clipboards
- The homeowner calls the office to ask what’s happening, because nobody told them.
- Contracts get signed on paper, scanned, emailed, and lost in someone’s downloads.
- Photos are on one phone, the estimate is in another system, and the invoice in a third.

Your data
Your franchise’s data stays your franchise’s
- Each franchise is its own tenant. Row-level security on every table means the database itself refuses to return another franchise’s data.
- Two-step verification is required for every owner and employee.
- All traffic is encrypted, data is encrypted at rest, and signing links are stored hashed.
- Integrations run in your own accounts. Card payments go through Intuit’s hosted page and never pass through RestoraLink.
- Daily database backups, and defined retention periods enforced automatically. SOC 2 Type 2 in preparation.
Read the privacy policy and terms of use.
